Orodreth moved Azazel along the ground until he finally could see the ship. With a bit of earthbending, he sent Azazel up the ship's side. Once the stone reached the top, Orodreth moved it upward in order to tip Azazel onto the deck. The man was already injured, and other fall of three feet wouldn't hurt him that much more. Orodreth then climbed up using a rope. Once on board he raised the ships anchor. He then took a deep breath. His focus went onto the earth that the ship was standing on. He willed the earth to go soft around the ship, and he was rewarded as the ship moved slightly. He then used the earth around the ship to push it backward so that it floated freely in the water. Orodreth set the sail and soon the Darkblade was on its way.
The ship moved slowly because of the lack of wind. The island shrank from view slowly, and by the time that it disappeared, the sun had already begun to set. Orodreth leaned against the rail in thought. What had made him decide to do this? What was he going to do now? Could he really protect the Avatar from the Dai Lang and avoid a confrontation with his master? His hand once again traveled to the metal band on his upper arm. The band would not break nor could it be removed in any way. Only death released you from its grip.
He watched the sun descend and sighed. It was amazing how things could change. Only hours ago he watched that same sun begin its journey in the sky, and he worried about failing his master. Now as the sun set he found himself a traitor to his master and allied with his former enemy. He was confused about all of this. He found himself questioning his choice. It was not too late, he could turn Rasir in still. The thought disappeared instantly. He would need to trust Rasir from here on out.
The sun sank and the ship moved in a steady pace. It was calming to feel the light breeze in his face, but he couldn't completly rid his mind. His eyes remained closed as he though of what to do next.

Azazel woke up and he saw he was on a boat. He looked at his hands and noticed he was tied up, then Azazel looked arm. His arm was broken and his elbow was out of place." I could heal that arm, if my hands weren't tied up" he tought. Azazel looked at his waist and saw his waterbending bottle. He looked around, searching if someone was guarding him. Azazel saw a man leaning against the rail, but he wasn't paying any attention to him. Then azazel noticed he could move his hands a little. "Maybe if i conectrate, i can bend the water to cut these chains. Slowly he started to move his hands, he had to concentrate so hard that sweat was coming on his forehead. then he saw a small stream of water gliding out of his bottle. "Ok, now i have to aim very precise" he thought. He was trying to find a spot where he could cut open the chains, but then his vieuw became unclear and he couldnt see cleary where to cut. Azazel made a movement with his hand and the water turned into ice and cutted the chains open. Then Azazel noticed he scratched his wrists. "Problems for later" he said to himself. the first thing he wanted to do is jump off the boat and run into the jungle. He stood up ignoring the pain in his left arm. When he stood up Azazel saw the island dissapearing in the horizon. Azazel sighed. "There goes my escape plan". He wanted to grab for his swords, but then he noticed they were gone. "They took my swords and daggers!" then he went for his boot and noticed his hidden dagger was still there. "Well, atleast i have something to defend myself" He drawed his dagger and sneaked up to the man leaning against the rail. When he was behind him, he putted his dagger against the mans back."Who... are you?" He asked. He felt the pain of his arm and Azazel had trouble not to fall on his knees.

Orodreth barely even moved. He turned his head to acknowledge Azazel. "You intruded on a meeting, you didn't leave after I gave you a warning, and you decided to fight. I feel that you should be happy enough that I didn't kill you when I had the chance. Put the dagger down. What would you even gain from killing me?" Orodreth turned around to face Azazel.
"My name is Orodreth. I'm an earthbender. That's all that there is to know about me. Who are you and why were you on that island?"

Azazel looked Orodreth in the eyes. He putted the dagger back in his boot, but he was still on his guard. "I am Azazel from the Nortpole. And the reason i was on the island is none of your business. Then the pain in Azazel's left arm became worse. "And if you don't mind, i would like to have my weapons back." Azazel had every second more trouble to stand up and not to faint again.

"It doesn't look like your in much of a postition to be making demands. Why don't you look to your injuries first. If your from the north pole, you should know at least the basics of healing." Orodreth leaned his back against the railing. "You'll get your weapons back once I can trust you enough not to slit my throat while I sleep. You seem to be quite a distance from your homeland. Why is that?"

Azazel looked at his wirists, and his left arm. Orodeth was right, he should heal his wounds before he bleeds to death. He poured some water of his bottle on his wrists. He putted his non-injured hand on his wrists and he felt the open wound closing. His arm would be a little more difficult. It was broken and his elbow was out of place. first he would restore the fractured bone. Like on his wrisits, he poured some water on his left arm, then he layed his right hand on his arm. He has to be very focused to heal a broken bone. Slowly he felt the pieces of his arm coming together and after a moment his fractured bone was healed. Now the most painfull part, putting back his elbow. Something like that can't be healed with waterbending, it must be done with the hand. He putted his hand on his left elbow, took a deep breath and in one movement he pushed his elbow back into place. Azazel heard his elbow making a painfull sound, he had trouble not to shoud out loud of the pain he felt, he lost his balance and fell on the ground. With his hand on his left arm, Azazel stood slowly up. "The reason why i am away from the Northpole is that i prefer to live in solitution"

Orodreth watched as the water caused each of the wounds to slowly disappear. The fact that this bender didn't even sound his pain surprised Orodreth. "I can relate to you there. I usually travel alone as well. Lately, though, I can't seem to escape from the company of others." He wondered briefly where mako had disappeared to. Usually the creature took up its search of newcomers instantly. Oh well, Mako would find him now. "We're on our way to the air temple. Once we get there then you can figure out what to do next. About your weapons, where did you learn to wield them? It's not a common skill that I'm aware of and three of us onboard practice some form of it."

"One Year after i left the Northpole, i found an Earth Kingdom military base. I stayed there for 3 years, while i was there i was trained how to use swords, daggers and knifes. Because of my white hair and skills with the sword i got the nickname "The White Demon". Azazel smiled when he tought back at those days. "If you don't mind me asking... Why are you going to the air temple? There isn't much to see there."

Mako was scratching at Sa Ra's door. She looked up, seeing him eating the wood off of it. "Mako!" she said in his language. "This is not our home! Stop that!" He continued. Sa Ra got up and opened the door, when he raced out like his tail was on fire. She raised her eyebrows and walked outside her room, but he was already out of sight. "Mako!" She called him. No answer. Sa Ra started to search for him, heading up onto deck. Seeing the newcomer awake, her hand instinctively shot up to the arrow on her forehead. She wanted to go below deck before he saw her, but just as she was turning around to leave, Sa Ra saw Mako. It was too late. Mako jumped the guy, and proceeded to go through every pocket and pouch and sleeve before caught. He moved fast and searched the same places over and over, avoiding anything coming at him. "Mako!" Sa Ra called, but he ignored her. If he found anything interesting, he would toss it to the side, where it accumulated into a pile. He would collect it later. Sa Ra moved forward but knew if she got too close he would gather any treasure he got and run away. She looked at Orodreth, hoping he would do something. The new person might hurt Mako, and she didn't want that.

Orodreth made a quick lunge forward and gathered Mako up in his arms. He held on tightly so that he could not get loose again. "Should have warned you about him. Enjoys investigating everyone he meets. Best make sure that you stay on your toes when he's around." Orodreth walked Mako over to Sa Ra
"Funny thing was that I was wondering where he got to." He said with a laugh. Then added in a lower voice, "He seems trustworthy. I doubt he'll do anything while he's here."
He stood next to Sa Ra but talked to Azazel. "These are two of the others that are traveling to the temple." Motioning to Rasir Orodreth said, "He is the reason that we are going to the temple."

Rasir nodded in their direction, and jumped up to the top of the mast with a gust of wind. He resumed his meditations from before the arrived at the island.

Azazel was confused about what just happened. Something just went around sniffing in his pockets, and before he knew Orodeth grabbed a small creature. Azazel took a good look at the other two travellers and greeted them, then he looked back at Orodreth. " You know if you dont mind, i would like to have my weapons back now. Unless you are still worried i try to cut your throat when you are a sleep" Azazel crossed his arms and smiled.

"You know you can never be too careful." Orodreth said, but he disappeared below deck only to reappear a moment later with Azazel's swords in hand. "Not like you'd be able to do that anyway." He said with a grin and threw them to the bender.

Azazel handly caught his swords that Orodreth threw at him. He sheated one on his back, and kept the other in his hand. Slowly he went with his fingers over the blade to see if the swords weren't damaged. When he went over the edge of the blade, a small cut was in his finger. "Hmm, needs to be sharpened" Before sheating it Azazel made some moves with the sword. He heard the soft sound of his blade cutting through the wind. "Never get tired of hearing that sound" When he sheated his last sword he asked Orodreth How long will the journey take to get to the air temple?"

"It should only take us a few days perhaps a little more than a week at the most. Some favorable winds and fair weather would speed us up as well." Orodreth frowned. "I'll be back later." he said and went quickly below deck.
He opened the door to his quarters but didn't bother to close it. His arm was throbbing in pain, and Orodreth knew of only one way to put off the electrifying pain. He opened his closet and reached into one of the pockets of an unused shirt. A bottle appeared in his hand and in a quick motion, Orodreth twisted off the cap and took a drink. He then stumbled to his bed and lay there. The sensation in his arms disappeared completly and seconds later the legs lost feeling as well. The numbness would last a couple hours, but hopefully by the time feeling returned, the pain would have subsidded. He frowned to himself and tried to sleep the hours of numbness away, but it would not come to him. He lay on the bed in silence waiting for time to move by.
