Ninavask sighed as he sat against the large tree. His blind eyes where closed but he could "see" everything. He could see the Rabbiroos bouncing around over in the meadow like clearing. He could hear the Pygmi-Puma cubs playing in their den somewhere to the right. None of this though matter. He was busy meditating.
Ninavask's mind was clear and he just sat there against the tree in silence. He could hear the flutering of wings from birds and insects. But again that didn't matter. Ninavask meditated every day. Something his earthbending and martial art teachers had suggested. A clear mind made battle a simple matter and even sometimes the day's events much clearer when they come.
The sun had only just risen above the horizon and Ninavask could tell this by how cold it was. He'd slept the night before in a sleeping bag. Right now the sleeping bag was packed up with the rest of his things on his right. His staff was leaned against the tree as well.
After a few more minutes Ninavask inhaled deeply... then exhaled. His blind eyes shot open and he stood up slolwy. His body was completely relaxed as he picked up his things and continued on his way from Ba Sing Se. He was leaving because he was sick of his parents attitude toward him. They always thought he was going to be just like them. Blind or not. But he had news for them now. He wasn't going to even be remotely close to them. Nor would he live under their house until they believed the.
"Then i'm going to be out here for a LONG time."
Ninavaks muttered to himself as he started off toward the east.

As Ninavask walked through the forest he could "see" the people following him. There where about twelve in the group and all of them he recognized as Bandits. He remembered why he was beign chased by them. He'd stolen their staff of Gold coins and was now on the run since they wanted those coins back really badly.
Ninavask new there was a slight reason to worry but he didn't. He kept his pace and waited for them to make the first move. Just like Pai sho you have to study the field to know what it possiable. And after a few minutes of walking Ninavaks was rewarded by the sharp whistle as one of the bandits sped up.
"Hey Kid!"
The Bandit called out. They'd been told that the kid was blind but didn't beleive it. :"If they could take the gold from them the kid must be able to see.": The person they where refering to as Them was the bandit boss Gouzi.
Ninavask stopped and turned around pretending not to know anything. He looked toward the Bandits but pretended not to be able to see them.
"Yes? Is someone there?"
They asked. Even now Ninavask could tell the bandits where already mad. They most likely recognized Ninavask and blind or not they where going to attack him. He watched the leading bandit walk forward flanked by his cronies.
"Yeah somone is. Someone you ripped off kid now give our gold back or pay the price."
The Bandit said angrily. His eyes where bearing down on the kid as he thought. :"If this kid really is blind this will be easy.": And he put out a hand for the kid to give them their gold.
Ninavask's blind eyes swerve to the mans head and he looks up at them.
"I didn't steal anyones gold... no I don't think i'm giving anyone any gold so, bye."
He says and they turn around and start walking wavign a hand back. The Bandits where dumbfounded. A blind kid just told them to buzz off basically.
"Why I ought'a... Hey kid get your but back here. Sicne yoru blind i'll go wasy on you. Theres twelve of us kid. Your blind and can't fight so don't even think fo saying no again. Now give us the d**n gold."
The Bandit yelled out as he stepped forward. The others where unsheething their swords as the leader did this.
Ninavask thought a moment his back still to the bandit.
"Hmmm.... Nope not giving you any. But if you want I can make this more of a fair fight."
Ninavask said turning around and throwing his staff to the trees and dropping his bag which after a second he also threw to the trees. He reached in his right pocket and picked out his bag of coins that he'd taken. He raised them in the air to provok the Bandit into attacking.
For a moment the Bandit was dumfounded but the second the bag of Gold came out he reacted.
"Why you little BRAT!!"
He yelled out and shot forward at him followd by the rest. He raised his now unsheethed sword and prepared to strike when he felt a sharp blow to the stomach.
Ninavask ahd watched as the Bandit ran forward and when they raised their sword he lashed out with the blade of his foot. Nailing the soldier in the stomach and causing them to loose every ounce of air in their lungs. Ninavask brought his foot back down as the Bandit's sword fell to their side and the Bandit crumbled. The others continued forward and Ninavask, Deciding to end this fast, stepped back.
Ninavask slid into a loose earthbending stance and raised both arms in what would seem a defensive stance. But instead of using this as Defensive Ninavask used this as Offensive. He opened his arms so that his chest was completely unprotected by anythign but his clothes. Then he slammed his hands together and as if on cue two huge chunks of earth rose out of the ground and slammed into the attackign bandits. Crushing them all togethor but not hurting them. Just making them very uncomfertable.
Ninavaks left the stance and dropped down to the Bandit leaders face with a smirk as he stared at their eyes with his blind eyes.
"I'm not as blind as you think. Now goodbye."
He says with a smirk and stomps one foot then raises it. Causing the Bandit leader to be launched into the others. Then with a slashing motion the walls holding them fell and with another stomp then shove the Bandits where launched through the forest on a small wall of stone which launched them into a nearby lake. They would obviously be back soon but oh well.
Ninavask walked over to his things, picked them up and started walking again. Finally pocketing his gold coins. Not wallowing in the glory of Victory. But smiling at how easily he'd beaten those chumps.
