One of my favorite episode, because you just don't see that kind of stuff in a Saturday morning cartoon. The whole culture repression, secret police, and class system isn't seen on a Kids show. I especially liked seeing that Team Avatar got special treatment because Aang was the Avatar. The Irony was further displayed when we saw Iroh and Zuko living in the outer circle. It was still nice to see them do an honest days work.
Bad points: Jet. Jet has always been a shallow character in my mind and this ep did nothing to make me think highly of him. I still don't see him jumping from wanting evidence for the police, to attacking "susspected fire benders" in a tea shop. I was extreamly happy he was arrested.
Final note: It just says bear... this place is weird. One of the funniest lines in the whole show.

I thought this episode was ok, not one of my favorites. I also thought Ju-D was pretty funny, althought she got kind of annoying... I can't believe I missed the new episode this week!! Ah!!

I didn't like the new one- it was a collection of stories of the main characters in Ba Sing Se. Only Iroh's and Zuko's are worth seeing in my mind. The rest were one dimensional at best.

Do you know what city of walls and secrets reminded me of? if any of you have ever read 1984, it seemed alot like that. The Secret police watched everything you do, as in 1984, there is seggregation, brainwashing, etc. Just a passing fact.
