Once the second most strongest village in the fire nation, residing only miles from the capitol, Hi was known for its strong firebenders and bountiful resources. Now it merely sits in a pile of rubble and ash. The carcasses of burn villagers were found scattered along its roads though they are now gone thanks to fire nation soldiers

This is where the Firebenders battle. There are arena seats open for all people. fire benders can prove their worth, settle disputes, etc. The place is huge. Agni Kais are only held at sunrise or sunset, but can last all day.
